designer of assessment processes, standards and forms. Training of
assessors is regularly undertaken. Technology Design and Training As
an experienced trainer of laptop systems and skills, Ray can help people
to use technology in a way that enhances their work. As a programmer, he can design and implement custom PC
applications such as tax calculators, school fee planners or full fact
